Key Responsibilities
As the Office Manager, you will:
- Provide general office support to visitors and staff, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Oversee and coordinate the maintenance of office equipment and supplies.
- Manage scheduling, calendars, mail, licensure renewals, transcripts, expense reports, travel arrangements, and reservations.
- Organize in-house activities such as celebrations, conferences, and parties.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in office management or administrative functions is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (required), with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with FileMaker Pro and WordPress is a plus.
