Registered Senior & Lead Designer – Dallas, TX
Location: Dallas, TX
Position Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
Salary: $70K–$120K (based on experience) + bonus opportunities

We are excited to assist our client, a leading architectural firm with three locations across Texas, in hiring Lead and Senior Designers for their Dallas and Houston offices. These positions are available due to the firm’s significant growth and continued success in innovative and sustainable K-12 educational design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop designs and plans for multiple projects across all phases
- Prepare presentations and design drawings in collaboration with the team, ensuring compliance with state educational guidelines & codes
- Assist in creating programming, budgeting, and master plan concepts that align with long-range project goals
What You Bring:
- Master’s in Architecture preferred (or a Bachelor's degree meeting licensure criteria)
- Senior role requires active licensure or pursuit of licensure
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Designer or equivalent role
- Strong knowledge of city planning ordinances, building codes, and accessibility standards
- Software proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Lumion, Enscape, and Microsoft Office
