We are assisting our client, a leading architectural firm with three locations across Texas, in hiring Lead and Senior Designers for the Dallas, TX area. These positions are available due to the extensive growth they have encountered over the past few years.

Company Overview
Our client specializes in K-12 educational architecture and provides services including pre-design, design, construction support, and campaign strategies. Their portfolio features Fine Arts centers, athletic complexes, technical spaces, and more, showcasing their commitment to creative and sustainable solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Create project designs and plans for all phases of projects, for multiple projects at once
- Responsible for preparing presentations and design drawings with collaboration to develop specific concepts incorporating code compliance and state educational guidelines
- Establish and create programming, budgeting, and master plan concepts that align with the long-range program needs.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in architecture preferred or bachelor’s degree meeting licensure criteria required
- Must be actively pursuing licensure or already have for Senior role
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience as a Project Designer or equivalent role, depending on which role
- Knowledge of city planning ordinances, building codes, and accessibility standards, required
- Major software requirements include REVIT, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Lumion, Enscape and Microsoft Office, required
