Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Professional Liability Account Manager to join their dynamic team. This role involves managing professional liability insurance accounts, ensuring clients have the protection they need for defense and indemnification in the rendering of covered professional services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of professional liability insurance and relevant industry practices.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist clients in obtaining and maintaining professional liability insurance coverage tailored to their needs.
· Manage client accounts, including policy renewals, endorsements, and any changes to coverage.
· Provide guidance and education to clients about professional liability insurance, including coverage for defense and damages in lawsuits.
· Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and policy details.
· Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, delivering exceptional customer service.
· Stay informed on industry trends, policy changes, and legal considerations affecting professional liability insurance.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 3+ years of experience in professional liability insurance.
· Active Texas Property and Casualty License, required
· Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships
· Proficiency with insurance management systems and Microsoft Suite, to include Excel.
