🔍 What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in construction leadership roles (Project Management, Field Supervision, etc.)
- Experience in ground-up, commercial, residential, or specialty construction
- A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is preferred - but non-degreed candidates with the right experience are welcome too
- A strong eye for detail and the ability to see the big picture with an owner’s mindset
- Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and subcontractors
- Comfort with software used in project tracking, reporting, and construction management (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)
