Express Employment Professionals in conjunction with a rapidly growing construction testing facility in Southwest Austin are seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join their office team. This is a full-time, temp to permanent position that will have a starting salary of $20.00. The Job Description and Requirements are listed below. Job Description:
· Data entry of tests results and report generation in Excel
· Provide administrative support to project manager including finding files, reconciling reports, checking project status, and general paperwork handling
· Help answer multi-line phone, transfer calls, and greet visitors
· Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM M-F
Job Requirements:
· Strong typing skills including 10-key by touch
· Must have Intermediate Excel skills
· Detail-oriented individual with the ability to learn processes quickly
· Ability to work in a team, and independently
· Must have strong written and oral communication skills
