With over 25 years of experience in management, consulting, recruiting, and coaching, Michelle is a seasoned professional dedicated to helping individuals and teams reach their full potential. As a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, she has a proven track record of guiding others toward their career goals. Since relocating to Dripping Springs from Fort Worth in 2017, Michelle has focused on building lasting relationships by providing valuable consulting services to both candidates and clients.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, exploring the vibrant Hill Country and enjoying live music. She also takes pride in watching her youngest daughter follow in her footsteps by racing dirt bikes, a passion they share

Kara brings four years of recruiting experience across various industries, with a strong focus on technical and medical roles.  She found her passion for recruiting through her love of helping people and building meaningful relationships. 

Originally from Colorado, Kara recently made the move to Texas and is excited to explore Austin's vibrant culture. In her free time, she enjoys paddle-boarding, snowboarding, playing volleyball, and spending time on her favorite craft projects.

Rebekah brings 10+ years administrative and customer service experience to her position as Front Office Coordinator. Known for her quick learning ability and efficiency with technology, Rebekah is dedicated to ensuring smooth office operations and providing top-notch support to both clients and colleagues.

In addition to her role at the company, Rebekah also runs a thriving pet sitting business, showcasing her commitment to helping others and managing multiple responsibilities with ease. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new places through travel and has a passion for stand-up comedy, finding joy in both the adventure of discovery and the art of laughter.
