Reports to: HR Manager/HR Director
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our HR team. The HR Administrator will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, assisting with recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and maintaining employee records. This position requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of HR processes, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters.
Key Responsibilities:

Employee Records & Documentation:
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS (Human Resources Information System), ensuring all data is accurate, current, and compliant with legal requirements.

Onboarding & Offboarding:
Assist with new hire orientation, preparation of employment contracts, and ensure that all required paperwork is completed. Support the offboarding process for exiting employees, including conducting exit interviews and processing necessary documentation.

Payroll Support:
Assist with payroll processing by tracking hours worked, overtime, and absences, and ensuring accurate submission of payroll data. Work closely with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies.

Benefits Administration:
Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries. Coordinate with benefits providers to ensure timely enrollment, updates, and claims processing.

General HR Support:
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, maintaining HR files, and preparing HR-related reports. Answer general HR inquiries from employees in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:

Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:
Previous HR administrative experience (1-2 years) is preferred, but entry-level candidates with strong organizational and communication skills will also be considered.

Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and experience with HR software (HRIS) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
