Responsibilities:

Assist with the handling, cutting, and shaping of sheet metal materials.
Support the setup and operation of machines for precise metal fabrication.
Ensure materials are prepared and organized for efficient workflow.
Assist in installing sheet metal components for various construction and industrial projects.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and guidelines.
Perform physical labor, including lifting and moving materials as needed.
Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues and supervisors.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a labor-intensive role, ideally in the sheet metal or manufacturing industry (preferred but not required).
Ability to operate or learn to operate machines.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Willingness to learn new skills and techniques in the sheet metal trade.
Knowledge of safety practices and ability to follow safety procedures.
