Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Develop and maintain budgets and financial forecasts.
• Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and suggest improvements.
• Reconcile accounts, including bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports for management.
• Assist with tax preparation and ensure timely submission of filings.
• Stay updated on financial laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
• Experience in accounting or a related role.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication skills for team collaboration and client interaction.
