    Requirements:

    3. Proven experience in a customer service or call center role.
    4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
    5. Proficiency in using customer service software and computer systems.
    6. Adaptability and willingness to learn new procedures and technologies.
    7. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
