Job Title: Part-Time Receptionist (Confidential Environment)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring confidentiality at all times.

  • Maintain and update records, files, and databases with sensitive information.

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.

  • Enforce company privacy policies and ensure compliance with confidentiality regulations.

  • Handle other duties as assigned to support office operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration is a plus.

  • Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Professional demeanor and customer service-oriented attitude.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to pass a background check due to the handling of confidential information.

  • Availability for flexible working hours, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
