Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

Answer, screen, and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.

Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring confidentiality at all times.

Maintain and update records, files, and databases with sensitive information.

Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.

Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.

Enforce company privacy policies and ensure compliance with confidentiality regulations.

Handle other duties as assigned to support office operations.
Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration is a plus.

Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
