Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing helpful, accurate, and timely service. You will assist customers in person, over the phone, and online with their auto parts needs, including finding the correct parts, processing orders, and resolving any issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in the store, over the phone, and online.
  • Identify customers’ needs and recommend appropriate auto parts and accessories.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Stay informed about the latest products, services, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet store goals and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service or retail, preferably in the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of auto parts and accessories is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with computers and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
