Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with organizing, sorting, and packaging bolts, nuts, and other fasteners.
- Threading anchor bolts and moving materials
- Help with inventory management, including stocking shelves and maintaining organized storage.
- Load and unload materials and products in the shop.
- Support the team by preparing orders for delivery or pickup.
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be reliable and report to scheduled shift in a timely manner.
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Willingness to learn and perform various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.
