Job Full Description

Customer Service Representative (CSR) position serves as the entry point for new employees, who will initially start in the Customer Service Department. After completing the CSR training program, the employee will be certified as a Customer Service Representative. 

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Receptionist (70%)

    • Answer and route incoming calls.
    • Manage and respond to emails using Cherwell.

  2. Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable (15%)

    • Set up new accounts.
    • Respond to inquiries.
    • Send copies of invoices.

  3. Gift Card Issuance (5%)

    • Fulfill daily gift card orders.

  4. Customer Comments (3%)

    • Handle customer comments received via phone, email, or surveys in Inmoment.

  5. Miscellaneous (2%)

    • Assist with any assigned miscellaneous projects or tasks.

Decision-Making:

Make independent decisions to assist customers with online ordering and account setup/updates. Collaborate with others when necessary to address customer complaints.

Dimensions:

This position does not involve supervising other positions.

Job Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • General accounting or office management experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs preferred.

Essential Job Functions:

  5. Strong multitasking skills.
  6. Regular and predictable attendance.
  7. Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
