Job Full Description
Position: Maintenance Technician
Job Type: Full-time, On Call Schedule
Responsibilities:
-
Perform general maintenance tasks, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs.

Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, including A/C units, furnaces, and ventilation systems.

Complete resident service requests efficiently and professionally.

Prepare vacant units for new residents (make-ready/turnover).

Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
-
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the property, including common areas.
-
Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance issues.
Requirements:

EPA Universal or Type II/Type III HVAC Certification required

Proven maintenance experience, preferably in residential or multi-family housing.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, as well as plumbing and electrical repairs.

Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues effectively.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
-
High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training a plus.
