Dielectric Extrusion Line Operator

Salary: $19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10:00pm - 6:00am
- Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
- Monitor operating parameters of the extruders.
- Ensure cable is marked with proper print line as specified in quality manual.
- Stack and/or bundle finished products.
- Responsible for documenting all dimensions of product on Production reports in a neat, accurate and timely format.
- Maintain a clean, organized working environment free of unnecessary equipment and materials.
- Complete all tasks assigned by the lead AELO, PS or PM.
Requirements:
- Capable of understanding the core procedures and machine operation of the ADSS extrusion line.
- Able to work 12-hour shifts in a Pitman shift schedule.
- Competent understanding of addition and subtraction and can relate the mathematical operations to the warehouse function.
- Must be detail oriented and demonstrate alertness to multiple processes occurring on a machine.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to climb or balance, speak and hear.
- Must be able to work outdoors at times in any weather conditions.
