Plastic Maillefer Tubing Line Operator

Salary: $19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 6:00am - 2:30pm
- Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
- Monitor operating parameters of the extruders.
- Ensure cable is marked with proper print line as specified in quality manual.
- Inform Line Supervisor or lead operator of any changes in specification of cable.
- Stack and/or bundle finished product.
- Responsible for documenting all dimensions of product on Production reports in a neat, accurate and timely format.
- Maintain a clean, organized working environment free of unnecessary equipment and materials.
- Complete all tasks assigned by the lead AELO, PS or PM.
Requirements:
- Capable of understanding the core procedures and machine operation of the Plastic Maillefer Tubing line.
- Able to work 12-hour shifts in a Pitman shift schedule.
- Competent understanding of addition and subtraction and can relate the mathematical operations to the warehouse function.
- Must be detail oriented and can demonstrate alertness to multiple processes occurring on a machine.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds unassisted for extended durations as needed.
- Able to work in a loud environment subject to machine and tool noise.
- Able to work outside in any weather conditions.
