Salary: $28.00-$38.00/hr depending on experience

Schedule:

Responsibilities:

Residential and Commercial Plumbing Repairs: Diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in both residential and commercial properties, including water lines, drainage, gas lines, and fixtures.
Installation of Plumbing Systems: Install new plumbing systems, piping, fixtures, and appliances for new construction or remodels in both residential and commercial projects.
Troubleshooting and Diagnostics: Identify plumbing issues and recommend cost-effective solutions. Troubleshoot and repair systems, including water heaters, piping, leaks, and clogs.
Blueprint and Layout Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and building codes to ensure proper installation of plumbing systems.
Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and plumbing codes to ensure safe and compliant installations and repairs.
Tool and Equipment Maintenance: Ensure plumbing tools and equipment are in good working order and properly maintained.
Team Collaboration: Work with apprentices and other team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.

Requirements:

Journeyman Plumber’s License: Valid Journeyman Plumber’s license required.
Technical Skills: Expertise in plumbing systems, including piping, fixtures, water heaters, and more.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability to handle plumbing issues efficiently.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding conditions.
Customer Service: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Teamwork: Ability to work independently or with a team.
Valid Driver’s License (DL): Required for travel to job sites.
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR): A clean driving record is required.
Background Friendly: Must have a background free of theft or felony charges.
