Plastic Tubing Line Machine Operator (Overnights) April 11, 2025

Located in Grapevine, TX

Pay: $20/hr

Shift: M-F 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM or 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Pay: $20/hour

Responsibilities:

Monitor operating parameters of the extruders.
Ensure cable is marked with proper print line as specified in quality manual.
Inform Line Supervisor or lead operator of any changes in specification of cable.
Stack and/or bundle finished product.
Responsible for documenting all dimensions of product on Production reports in a neat, accurate and timely format.
Maintain a clean, organized working environment free of unnecessary equipment and materials.
Complete all tasks assigned by the lead AELO, PS or PM.

Requirements:

Capable of understanding the core procedures and machine operation of the Plastic Maillefer Tubing line.
Able to work 12-hour shifts in a Pitman shift schedule.
Competent understanding of addition and subtraction and can relate the mathematical operations to the warehouse function.
Must be detail oriented and can demonstrate alertness to multiple processes occurring on a machine.
Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds unassisted for extended durations as needed.
Able to work in a loud environment subject to machine and tool noise.
Able to work outside in any weather conditions.
