Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals are currently seeking an Assembly/Production Line Workers to join a local company in the Bryan, TX area. As an Assembly/Production Line Worker, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient assembly and packaging of our products. We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in Central East TX that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general production tasks, including building boxes, packaging products, and preparing them for shipment.
- Follow assembly instructions and quality control standards to ensure products meet company specifications.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient production environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production quotas.
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
Salary: $13/hr
