Production I (Coater) - $18/hr
A local company in Willis, TX is searching for a Production worker to assist in the company’s daily operations. This is a temp-to hire position in a fast-paced environment and the ideal candidate will work in our high-temperature coating area performing essential production tasks. Schedule:
- 5:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday
- Some Saturdays as required
- Hours and days may increase or decrease based on deadlines and workload
Summary of essential job functions:
- Operate coating equipment in a high-temperature environment
- Carry boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Use small hand tools including grinders
- Maintain quality control standards
- Meet production deadlines
- Follow all safety protocols
Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Constant walking back and forth throughout shift
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Work in high-temperature conditions
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Strong work ethic and dependability
- Willingness to wear required PPE, including full face respirator
- Previous coating experience is a plus
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus
