Production I (QC) - $18/hr
A local company in Willis, TX is searching for a Production worker to assist in the company’s daily operations. This is a temp-to hire position in a fast-paced environment and the ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks involved in the production of products while following standard work methods and practicing safe work habits to ensure production is efficient and safe. Schedule:
- Days: 5:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday
- Nights: When needed
- Some Saturdays as required
- Hours and days may increase, or decrease based on deadlines and workload
Summary of essential job functions:
- Perform quality control checks on products
- Follow standard work methods and procedures
- Practice safe work habits at all times
- Maintain production efficiency
- Adapt to working in all areas of production as needed
- Complete other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Quality Control experience
- Ability to read and write English
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow safety protocols
- Adaptability to various production roles
- Previous manufacturing experience is a plus
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus
