Job Full Description
We are seeking Hydro Blasters for a critical turnaround beginning in January Compensation is based on experience.
*We have day and night shifts available! 12-hour shifts.
Responsibilities:
As a Hydro Blaster, you will not only clean the internal components of heat exchangers, piping, and valves but also be responsible for:
- Safely operate high-pressure hydro blasting equipment to remove dirt, scale, and other materials from surfaces.
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute cleaning strategies efficiently.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.
- Report on job progress and any equipment issues to supervisors.
- Participate in pre-job safety meetings to understand the scope and hazards of each project.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in Hydro Blasting, skilled in using equipment at 10k, 20k, and/or 40k PSI
- A valid TWIC card. Basic Plus certification preferred.
- The ability to pass a DISA drug screen.
