Job Full Description
We're seeking an HVAC Certified Maintenance Technician for a property in the Corpus Christi area! This job is a temp-to-hire, and pay is $20/HR or more DOE The schedule is full-time, Mon-Fri 7 am - 5 pm!
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, adjusting, and servicing equipment, checking the performance of thermostats and pressure gauges, and replacing filters.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions, and perform repairs, such as replacing defective compressors, motors, and thermostats, and recharging systems.
- Install HVAC equipment and systems, including electrical components and wiring.
Qualifications:
- Must have a High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
- HVAC Certified
- Drivers License
- Clear Criminal Background
- Must have reliable transportation (other than the bus!)
