Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Millwright Mechanic with expertise in precision measurement instruments and a proven ability to work on specialized industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience and be skilled in maintaining and repairing roller mills, centrifugal fans/blowers, screw conveyors, and related machinery. This role requires proficiency in vibration analysis, balancing tools, and reading technical drawings. A clear driving record is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Diagnose, repair, and maintain roller mills, centrifugal fans/blowers, screw conveyors, and other industrial equipment.
- Precision Measurement: Use precision instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators for alignment, calibration, and troubleshooting.
- Vibration Analysis: Conduct vibration analysis to identify issues and optimize machine performance.
- Balancing Tools: Operate and understand balancing tools to ensure machinery runs efficiently and safely.
- Blueprint and Drawing Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with workplace standards.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and maintenance schedules.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-5 years of experience in industrial machinery maintenance and repair.
- Skills:
- Proficiency with precision measurement instruments (e.g., micrometers, dial indicators).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with roller mills, centrifugal fans/blowers, screw conveyors, and related equipment.
- Familiarity with vibration analysis techniques and balancing tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Driving Record: Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clear driving record.
