Job Full Description

We are seeking a service technician responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining blasting and coating equipment, including equipment from manufacturers like Abec, ADI, Schmidt, Bullard, Clemco, Entech, and Empire, and providing support for multi-vendor equipment

Responsibilities:

Equipment Expertise:

You'll be proficient in working with various blasting and coating equipment, including those from manufacturers like Abec, ADI, Schmidt, Bullard, Clemco, Entech, Empire, and Marco.
Troubleshooting and Repair:

You'll diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions, ensuring efficient and safe operation of the machinery.
Maintenance and Preventative Measures:

You'll perform routine maintenance tasks and implement preventative measures to extend the lifespan and reliability of the equipment.
Customer Support:

You'll provide technical support to customers, addressing their questions and concerns related to equipment operation and maintenance.
Documentation and Reporting:

You'll maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and equipment performance.
Safety Compliance:

You'll adhere to all safety regulations and procedures when working with equipment and hazardous materials.
Technical Knowledge:

You'll possess a strong understanding of the principles of blasting and coating processes, as well as the mechanics and electronics of the equipment
