Order Entry/ Customer Service - Basic Accounting Experience

Job Description

We are seeking an Order Entry/ Customer Service Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for supporting the Account Manager with order entry into SOS Inventory, answering customer inquiries, tracking repairs and supporting our AP Manager with Invoicing Customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries
  • Provide Information about the products & services
  • Troubleshoot & resolve product issues and concerns
  • Develop & Maintain a knowledge base of the products and services
  • Track incoming & outgoing customer repair jobs
  • Handle shipping & receiving of customer repairs through Pirate Ship
  • Enter orders/payments & other transactions into QuickBooks to support the Account Manager\

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sale4s, or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive & professional demeanor
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Outlook, QuickBooks, Microsoft Teams, & SOS Inventory
  • Strong Organizational Skills
