Company Overview:
A tire store/warehouse is seeking a results-driven and analytical Outside Sales Representative to grow its B2B and B2C sales in the Dallas Metro area.
Position Overview:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in expanding customer base by establishing strong relationships with businesses and individuals in the Dallas area. You will need to excel in sales strategy, customer relationship management, and statistical data analysis to optimize your performance. This position requires a self-motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Relationship Management:
- Conduct door-to-door B2B and B2C sales, presenting and promoting our extensive tire inventory and services to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster long-term loyalty and repeat business.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including prospecting leads, cold calling, and networking.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Data Analysis & Strategy Development:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret statistical sales data to identify trends, optimize sales strategies, and enhance overall performance.
- Utilize CRM tools and sales data to plan and execute targeted sales campaigns and improve efficiency.
- Develop sales forecasts and present data-driven recommendations to the management team.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Adhere to all company procedures, policies, and ethical standards.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, contracts, and follow-ups.
- Prepare regular sales reports and communicate insights with the team to identify opportunities for improvement.
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s product offerings, including tire specifications, pricing, and promotions.
- Provide expert advice and tailored recommendations to clients based on their needs and preferences.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the automotive or tire industry.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of sales metrics, statistical data analysis, and forecasting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and other data analysis tools.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily travel within the Dallas metro area.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
