This role will focus on selling repair services for Freight trucks and box trucks, catering to both B2B and B2C clients.
**Job Summary:**
As a Technical Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our truck repair services to businesses and individual customers. Your primary objective will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish and possess a strong background in sales and customer service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and target potential clients within the trucking and logistics industry, as well as individual truck owners.
- Develop and maintain lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and fostering repeat business.
- Communicate technical service offerings clearly and effectively to both English and Spanish-speaking clients.
- Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor offerings to leverage in sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotes to potential clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to network and promote services.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or inquiries from clients in a timely manner.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or trucking industries.
- Strong understanding of technical services related to truck repair.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- A results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
