Front Office Coordinator.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and office software applications.
- Familiarity with phone systems and excellent phone etiquette skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
High School Diploma
1 to 2 years of experience
Preferred – Bilingual English and Spanish
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls, ensuring proper phone etiquette and directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for easy access to information.
- Support administrative tasks as needed, including managing office supplies, snack room and lounge.
- Assist the office manager and offer administrative assistance to all team members whenever necessary
- Collect and sort all mail and packages
- Validate the guest parking
- Process invoices and pay outstanding bills for company accounts
- Perform light bookkeeping and financial record-keeping, QuickBooks a plus
