A holiday gift shop in Keller is hiring a Customer Service Representative.
Temporary position through December 20th, potential opportunity for long term
Start Date: November 4th
Pay: $15/hr
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8a-5p, mandatory overtime during peak holiday season
Description:
Increase customer satisfaction and retention by providing sponsors with accurate, consistent, timely, and meaningful information. Build a rapport and collaborative relationships with current and prospective members in accordance with compliance guidelines.
Essential Functions:
•Be available to handle member inquiries. Answering and documenting all incoming contracts to determine their nature and responding to complex calls related to specialized products.
•Respond with empathy to complaints and concerns from sponsors.
•Document according to procedure. Assist department in reaching call handling goals, first contact resolution goals, complaint resolution compliance, and member retention.
•Be open and receptive to feedback.
