Peyton Berry

Operations Manager

Peyton joined the Express team in August 2005. She is from a town near Stephenville, TX worked as a secretary at an architectural firm for five years prior to starting at Express. Peyton has been married to her best friend since 2014. Her two kids are in college (#gigem & #bleedpurple), and she has three step kids and two perfect granddaughters. She and her husband enjoy tending to their small family farm.

Natalie, a Fort Worth native, joined Express in 2004. With two decades of experience in building teams and fostering client relationships, she earned her Professional in Human Resources certification in 2012. Natalie is married and has a daughter. Her family are passionate LSU fans (Geaux Tigers!), and she loves spending time outdoors, staying active, and traveling.

Averie joined the Express family in February 2021 after graduating from the University of Oklahoma and moving to Dallas. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. She's originally from Bethany, OK and had experience in retail, social media and public relations before starting at Express. One of Averie's goals in life is to travel to as many places as possible. She also loves spending time with her friends and family.

Ambra began working with Express in August 2007. She is originally from Decutar, AL and graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor's of Arts is Psychology. Ambra worked as an International Student Coordinator for a University in St. Gallen, Switzerland before joining the Express family. She loves to travel and read and is a mom to one amazing girl and two crazy dogs.

Clayton McClenan

Downtown Fort Worth Account Manager

Clayton joined the Express team in September 2024. He grew up playing baseball in Fort Worth, TX and was the starting pitcher all five years of his collegiate career at Western Texas College and Cameron University. He graduated with an AS degree in Pre-Nursing and a BS in Sports & Exercise Science with a minor in Chemistry. Outside of Express, he enjoys staying active ny going to the gym, playing golf, and hunting/fishing.

Tim Payne

Senior Recruiter

Tim began his career with Express in July 2007. He is from Arlington, TX, but went to high school in Aledo. He attended Florida College, a two-year Christian school in Tampa, FL, before finishing a Bachelor's in Business Studies in Organizational Behavior/HR Management with a minor in Spanish at the University of North Texas. Before Express, Tim worked in Human Resources at a hotel. He enjoys hanging out with his family and going hiking, especially in cool mountain places. His family's favorite is Yellowstone National Park. Tim also coaches his son's baseball team and plays in a couple of softball leagues.

Before Express, he was an inside sales rep for a well-known wholesale distributor. When he’s not working, Kyle enjoys hunting, fishing, and training his black lab, Hades.

Samantha became part of Express in September 2021. She was born and raised in Fort Worth, TX, graduated from Trimble Tech and went to school to be a medical assistant. She now attends Tarrant County College in pursuit of her Business degree. Prior to Express, Samantha was an admin for a commercial tire repair company for several years. She takes pride in her three children and eight-year-old bloodhound mix named Rocky.

Since coming to Express, she has been recognized as one of the top Account Managers within the 800+ Express offices for eight years! Jamie has one son and two long-haired dachshunds.
