Job Full Description
Express Employment Garland has partnered with a company in Garland, TX to actively recruit a Part Time Office Clerk to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls, managing email correspondence, greeting visitors, and taking messages.
- Maintaining complex calendars, scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and coordinating appointments.
- Filing documents electronically and physically, preparing and distributing reports, and creating presentations.
- Ordering and managing office supplies, maintaining equipment inventory, and coordinating office maintenance.
- Maintaining contact databases, updating spreadsheets, and tracking expenses.
- Assisting with project planning, gathering information, and preparing materials.
Qualifications:
- Quickbooks experience is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Schedule: Monday-Friday - 9 AM to 1 PM
Pay: $18.00+/HR (DOE)
