Job Full Description

Express Employment Garland has partnered with a company in Garland, TX to actively recruit a Part Time Office Clerk to join their team. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls, managing email correspondence, greeting visitors, and taking messages.
  • Maintaining complex calendars, scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and coordinating appointments.
  • Filing documents electronically and physically, preparing and distributing reports, and creating presentations.
  • Ordering and managing office supplies, maintaining equipment inventory, and coordinating office maintenance.
  • Maintaining contact databases, updating spreadsheets, and tracking expenses.
  • Assisting with project planning, gathering information, and preparing materials. 
 

Qualifications:

  • Quickbooks experience is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

 

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday - 9 AM to 1 PM 

Pay: $18.00+/HR (DOE)
