Is looking for a General Maintenance Worker for a client located in Galveston, TX.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Need to have construction, carpentry, plumbing and electrical background.
- Making sure the apartments are up to par with their standards after tenants have moved out.
- Maintenance aide
Skills Required:
- Need to have construction, carpentry, plumbing and electrical background.
- Construction skills like sheet rock, drywall, painting, some electric such as changing light bulbs and fan units.
- Bending, climbing a ladder, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Shift: Monday – Friday 7:30am– 4:30pm
Pay Rate: $15.00 hourly
