Job Description: As a General Laborer, you will play a crucial role in the initial phase of our new startup operations. Your responsibilities will include performing physically demanding tasks such as bolting, digging holes, and heavy lifting to support our foundation repair projects. This position offers an opportunity to grow with the company, with additional positions anticipated in Phase 2 of our expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation of foundation repair systems, including helical piers and tiebacks.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging holes, bolting components, and handling construction materials.
- Operate basic hand and power tools as required for the job.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting and manual labor.
- Experience in construction or foundation repair is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- No background issues; candidates must pass a background check.
Compensation:
- Hourly wage: $17.00 per hour.
- Opportunities for advancement as the company expands into Phase 2.
