Inventory Associate

Job description:

Inventory Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, tracking stock levels, and ensuring efficient inventory control. This role involves counting, stocking, and organizing materials while assisting in audits, shipments, and order fulfillment to support smooth warehouse and retail operations.

Requirements:

• Track and maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and audits.

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming stock and materials.

• Organize and label inventory in designated storage areas.

• Assist in processing orders, picking and packing items for shipment or distribution.

• Update inventory records in company systems and generate reports.

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and inventory records.

• Work with warehouse, purchasing, and sales teams to ensure inventory needs are met.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and inventory procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Business or Supply Chain is a plus).

• 1+ years of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or a related field.

• Proficiency in inventory software, spreadsheets, and basic computer skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to lift and move materials (depending on job requirements).

• Basic math skills for inventory counting and stock level analysis.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

 

Pay Rate: $15.00-$17.00 ,based on experience
