Job Description:
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction, manufacturing, or a related field, with the ability to operate tools and machinery safely and efficiently. This role involves performing various physical tasks, assisting tradespeople, and ensuring work is completed to high standards.
Responsibilities:

Perform general and skilled labor tasks such as material handling, site preparation, and equipment operation.

Assist with the installation, repair, or assembly of structures and components.

Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery safely and effectively.

Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, or project plans as needed.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Follow safety procedures and company guidelines to prevent accidents.

Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.

Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as required.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Skilled Laborer or in a related role.

Familiarity with construction techniques, tools, and equipment.

Physical stamina and strength to perform heavy lifting and manual labor.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

Basic math and measurement skills.
