Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator to support the promotion and growth of our restaurant brand. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, hospitality, and marketing, and will help drive customer engagement through social media, local promotions, community events, and digital marketing efforts. This role will play a key part in increasing foot traffic, enhancing our brand presence, and supporting overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns and promotional strategies
- Manage and update content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Coordinate photography and video content for marketing materials and online presence
- Design flyers, menus, signage, and email newsletters using basic graphic tools (e.g., Canva)
- Monitor online reviews and engage with customers on social platforms
- Track performance of campaigns and promotions, providing reports to management
- Collaborate with management and staff to support in-house events, seasonal specials, and brand partnerships
- Maintain consistency in branding across all touchpoints
- Research local market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities
- Help coordinate influencer partnerships, community sponsorships, or giveaways
Requirements:
- Degree or coursework in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–2 years of marketing or social media experience, preferably in hospitality or food & beverage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Buffer)
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Express, etc.)
- Highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented
- Passion for food, restaurants, and hospitality culture
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or evenings for events or promotions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Photography or content creation experience
- Knowledge of local market trends and restaurant industry
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Pay Rate – $17.00 depending on experience
