Bilingual Accounts Payable Clerk (Temporary Assignment)
Pay: $18.00/hr
Schedule- Monday - Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Job Summary:
Performs routine clerical, bookkeeping, accounting, and administrative tasks in the Accounts Payable Department. We’re counting on accuracy and can handle high volume expertly. Looking for your keen eye for detail and flair for figures. Someone who enjoys data entry and being careful about detail.
- Handling general office tasks and administrative
- Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the
- Organizing files, creating correspondence, and preparing reports or documents both electronic and physical.
- Answering the telephone, directing calls to appropriate parties and taking messages
- Providing assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail
- Check all email accounts daily using
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when
- Matching invoices and delivery tickets in a timely
- Responsible for Receiving, processing, and verifying invoices related to accounts
Qualifications:
- Ability to work with shifting priorities and positively adapt to change as
- Excellent organizational and leadership
- Outstanding Bilingual (Spanish/English) communication and interpersonal
- Knowledge on Microsoft Outlook, Word and
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, and other departments.
