Machine Operator/ Sandblaster
Salary Range: $22-$24 per hour
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator with mechanical aptitude to join our team. This position involves working with 3D printing technology, interpreting technical drawings, and performing specialized treatments such as sandblasting and shot peening for service parts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor various manufacturing equipment including 3D printers
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Process and finish service parts according to quality standards
- Perform sandblasting and shot peening operations
- Conduct routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Follow all safety procedures and quality control protocols
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar machine operator role
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills
- Experience with 3D printing technology preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Hands-on experience with sandblasting and shot peening processes
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
