Licensed Plumber
Hourly Rate: $28 - $35 per hour
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Licensed Plumber to join our professional team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
Responsibilities:
- Perform complex plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance on residential and commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and building plans
- Install and repair water pipes, drainage systems, fixtures, and appliances
- Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions
- Conduct thorough inspections of existing plumbing systems
- Ensure compliance with local and state plumbing codes and regulations
- Maintain accurate service and repair documentation
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
Requirements:
- Valid Texas State Plumbing License
- Minimum of 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, techniques, and best practices
- Proficient in using various plumbing tools and equipment
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform demanding physical tasks
