Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals of Longview is currently seeking Part Time Dispatcher for local answering service located in Kilgore but could turn into Full Time after 60 days. Answering service for about 400 companies, medical, industrial, etc., but mostly oilfield. Take DETAILED info, relay to person on call for that company or send next business day. For some companies, they will DISPATCH mechanics to oil field units. Family owned business.
Job duties and experience needed include:
Answer calls for local businesses.
Ideal candidate must work well with very little supervision.
Pleasant customer service phone voice.
The ability to work flexible hours.
Must be punctual and dependable.
Ideal candidates will be able to work rotating shifts and available every day of the week.
Strong data entry skills.
Must be able to multi-task between different excel spreadsheets.
Details:
Rate of pay starting at $14/hr.
The shifts are evening and weekend shift, hours are 2-10p, 3-11p, 4-11p, or 4-10p staggered.
