Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals of Longview is currently seeking an Assembler – Paint Prep for a major manufacturing company in Kilgore. Must be a US Citizen due to government contracts.
Job Description:
- Sanding, masking, and cleaning parts for painting, (which entails using orbital sanders, hand sanding, blast booth, cleaning parts with acetone wipe down, dent with Bondo repair, using thinners, and other cleaning chemicals, etc.)
- Ability to read prints/drawings and drive forklift. Hang and take down parts. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. Produce Quality work.
- Keep work area clean, organized, and professional. Keep safety and cleanliness a top priority. Basic computer knowledge.
Details
- Starting pay $17/hr.
- Hours are Monday thru Friday 6am – 2:30pm, must be flexible to work 6am-4:30pm and weekends if needed.
