Express is currently recruiting for an Apartment Maintenance Technician for an immediate opening with a Longview, TX apartment complex. This role will work independently on a variety of tasks, but also include regular communication with tenants and staff. Contact our office today if you qualify and are interested!
Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and upgrades to keep the interior and exterior of the apartment community in great condition
- Repair various plumbing and electrical systems
- Paint and drywall repairs
- Communication with apartment tenants about repair needs
- Make apartments move-in ready
- Pay is starting at $20/hr.
- Hours are Monday thru Friday 8am - 5pm.
