Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a local Apartment Complex to hire qualified Maintenance Professionals. Candidates will be asked to perform routine maintenance calls on the property, as well as any landscaping or exterior property maintenance that is required. Candidates will also be asked to perform any make ready tasks as well.
Skills/Experiences:
- Landscaping and Mowing
- Make Ready and Service Calls
- Sharing the On-Call responsibility
Schedule/Benefits:
- Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:30
- Weekend availability and occasional on call for service calls
