Job Full Description

1. People skills. They would be the face of the firm so to speak; first voice/face clients hear/see.
2. Clerical skills; typing, filing, scanning, postage meter, bookkeeping would be an extra but not a requirement. We can train someone, as long as they are a fast learner.
3. Trustworthy. Probably the most important of all. We deal with a lot of confidential information.
4. QuickBooks & Microsoft Office Proficiency is required.
