Job Full Description

• Assist with the preparation and review of title commitments, policies, and related documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
• Work closely with Escrow Officers to facilitate the funding process for real estate transactions.
• Manage the disbursement of funds, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Communicate with lenders, agents, buyers, and sellers to obtain necessary documentation and resolve any funding-related issues.
• Maintain accurate transaction records, following internal policies and industry standards.
• Support Escrow Officers by coordinating document recording, file management, and final policy issuance.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure a smooth and positive closing experience.
