Job Full Description

• Medical Credentials for multiple providers
• Dismissals- Send a certified letter out to patients and flag the account dismissed and make notation in the account.
• Order Supplies
• Block Providers schedules when there is a change in scrod or a change in Profile. Bock all Holidays for entire year.
• Send updated Licenses and CLIA Certificate to Medicaid as they expire.
• Manage Staff and create monthly schedules
• Talk to patients that are upset and calm them.
• Talk to staff when there are issues with other staff
• Take call ins and tardy calls / cover position when absent
• Direct staff at peak times to assist with cleaning rooms
• Educate staff when mistakes happen
• Interview potential candidates
• Call out for repairs
• Work over normal scheduled hours when needed
• Maintain a clean and organized facility
