§ Schedule and coordinate processing of multiple orders simultaneously
§ Lead and coordinate production assignments to frame poles , piling, and round products to specifications.
§ Interpret specifications and framing prints to manufacture poles and round wood products as to required
§ Inspects all round products, verifies quality, classification and conformance to ANSI, ASTM, and Corporate standards
§ Evaluate, utilize , and re-manufacture inventory to highest and best use.
§ Operates hand and framing tools to cut, drill, gain, brand, tag, clean and prepare poles for treatment,
§ Documents and reports material processed
§ Inspects and maintains tools, equipment, supplies, and PPE.
§ Maintains safe work area, cleans wood trim, store tools & equipment.
§ Assists in receipt of materials, identification, count, tally, records information, and physical inventory
§ Assists in operation of full length and deep incisor as required
§ Operate or direct the manufacture of pole brands by tag machine and/or burn brand as required
§ Participates and contributes to company safety program.
***At some point may have to clean up yard and weed eat.
