Key Responsibilities
• Customer Service: Greet customers, answer inquiries via phone and email, and provide updates on service progress, ensuring a positive experience aligned with Client’s service standards.
• Service Coordination: Schedule service appointments, assign work orders to technicians, and track repair progress to minimize downtime for customer equipment.
• Administrative Support: Process service invoices, warranties, and product improvement program claims accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining compliance with Client’s protocols.
• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and organized records of service activities, parts orders, and customer communications using Client’s service management software.
• Parts Coordination: Collaborate with the parts department to ensure timely availability of components for repairs, supporting Client’s goal of maximizing productivity.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with service technicians, sales representatives, and management to streamline operations and uphold Client’s reputation for reliability.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to Client’s Target Zero safety initiative, promoting a safe work environment and ensuring all administrative processes comply with safety standards.
